With the business' roots dating back to 1874, Rieker now provides shoes and accessories to around 9,000 independent retailers that are mainly in Europe.

The website redesign for Rieker focused on improving user experience, conversions and transactions, whilst also maintaining trust and confidence in their brand values. The user experience was improved by review and implementation of their navigation, search function and product page layouts as well as a robust cross channel strategy which consisted of SEO, Social Media and Email Marketing. These all contributed to an increased brand awareness, the attraction of new customers and re-engaged previous users.
